So lately, I have been writing Tickets on SUV'S for killing the earth. Where do I get my money?

They are destroying the environment and it must be stopped!!!! I wrote them all out for 20 a pop and took their license plate number. How can I get their address and send the bill? I have their VIN number too. Can any of you guys help me?|||You go down to the "Department of Stupidity" downtown, they'll have your payment awaiting you and file all the necessary paperwork for you.|||How is an SUV "killing the earth" exactly? Why not write them a ticket for "having too much money" while you're at it? In many states it is illegal to tamper with someone's car, illegal to simulate a legal notice, illegal to place a simulated legal notice on a vehicle, and illegal to request the address of a car owner without proper legal authority. You might want to consider getting a different hobby before someone catches you messing with their vehicle and is unable to restrain himself from serving a violent reprisal.|||I think it's funny when big SUVs have earth friendly novelty plates.
