What wrong with my google earth pro??

i just downloaded google earth pro and when i open it all i see is stars and outer space..i type in the place i wanna go and it dosent even move... and i move the mouse around and i still keep going to outter space!!





im not sure but it said username and lisence code or something..i dont have a license code..and i just clicked it out..so is that the reason or what??

The username and license code is assigned to you once your purchase the advanced version of Google Earth.|||download google earth simple version|||If you have google earth pro, then you had to pay $400.00 for it. If you have google earth plus, then that cost $20.00. But I think that the one you want is the free one. I love the free one, it has many new features in it, than the older version.
