How on earth can an illegal immigrant get a drivers license?

Am I understanding this correctly or am I on psychadelic drugs? That illegal immigrants can apply for and get a drivers license in the United States??? Maybe i need to google the definition of 'illegal' but i'm under the impression that it essentially means 'against the law' ... Only in America! You would think that the lady at the department of motor vehicles would call the cops when an illegal anything walked in and tried applying for a license .. i mean you would think this would be a good opportunity to arrest these people .. not allow them to drive 28 family members around in their VW van ... please help me understand this unthinkable practice??|||i dunno, but it's funny as heck to me how if you are a white guy who follows all the rules, but just slip up once, THE HAMMER COMES DOWN. i won't go into details.



on the other hand, if you are good ol' juan running around with 12 illegal babies at the county emergency room, 15 DWI's, some drug cases, and you kill a couple of cops at a traffic stop, ol' juan might, MIGHT, get a years probation. it's weird out there!



oh and for gods sake, don't be an african american! youre going STRAIGHT to prison!

Unfortunately, you would be shocked at the number of states who insanely decided that illegals should have the right to drive as if they were CITIZENS: "including Alaska, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Washington and West Virginia"

all it takes is proof of residency-----a rental agreement......





we need to get local city councils to pass ordinances that makes property owners verify someone's legal status.....|||With stolen Doc and the help of the DMV they just let them go threw.The Police that stop them and they don't have a DL some just let them go as the paper work and getting ICE to come and get them takes to much time.|||Only 8 states and allow that and they are stopping the practice as the feds have threatened to cut off road funding if they continue the practice.|||Letting illegal immigrants into the US and Europe just keeps the heat where the politicians want it, then they can happily go about there real aims,, cheating, stealing and misapprorpriating funds..|||I don't know where you are, but here you have to have a valid I 94 or a greencard to get a DL.|||you can thank democrats for that...cant wait till we get a stale white president that ends immigration and controls our borders...and stops handing out our dollars to other countries...|||Find your nearest Democrat politician, and thank him.|||Only in a few States ..most now operate The Real ID act|||Only in the good ol USA.
