Does anyone know if these two manifesto's are still in the melting pot?|||Probably, it麓s a recurring theme isn麓t it?
Before John Major was PM he was responsible for a change in the rules about pensioner麓s cold weather payments, stipulating that the weather had to drop below "x" degrees for "x" number of days.
Playing with the weather and cynically stopping a huge percentage of the payments.

Those ideas are probably still in the pipeline, but are kept quiet. Not exactly vote winners are they?|||No.
The new one is mandatory euthanasia for the over 65's.|||The only Conservative policies that are set in stone are to release terrorists after 48 hours and to reintroduce foxhunting.Soft on terrorists but tough on foxes.|||I doubt it.
