For a long time now my goal in life has been to get enough money to move to Colorado and buy a farm there. Eventually I want to acquire a license to own a wolf sanctuary. I love wolves more than anything on this earth and would want nothing more than to protect them from becoming extinct. I need advise on how I can accomplish my dream...|||I recommend becoming a Veterinarian so you will be able to make money and know how to take care of the animals. It will take years, but I think your goal is reachable. Good luck :)|||The wolves in Alaska are totally unafraid and ate a woman rccently who was walking alone and unarmed.
Good to read up on everything and do it right, no mistakes. Maybe join with experienced before going alone, maybe not going alone but with similarly interested partner. Division of skills then possible, better results for reporting, videos, %26amp;c.

This would take a lot less money and get you where you want to be faster. If you want to protect animals make sure they are free, do not keep them as prisoners. That is not good Karma for you or them.|||go ahead.. call me a jerk here...
but wolves are 1 species the earth could do without!|||My neighbor has a wolf for a pet....at first I thought it was an Alaskan Malamute, because I saw it only on their deck, but one morning I was walking the dog, and I could see their pet on the road ahead of us, and I could tell by the way it stood it was a wolf. I called it to me, and put my hand on its head....It was very nobby feeling, not like a dog's head at all. (He was more interested in leaving a mark on my shrubbery and sniffing my dog's butt than he was in me, so I got away with it.) He had a wariness to him...it really is true, I do not think they would make good pets. They are elusive, and should be in the wild. They are good at keeping the deer in check. (there are alot of deer and moose hit by vehicles up around here, they even have separate "deer" insurance you can get for your car)
