Making a Country for a social studies project ?

I am making a country for a social studies project and the idea is that the earth has been destroyed and the people who could afford it are now on a spaceship ( our country ) but anyways i am making a little book like thing for the presentation of things that managed to salvage from the earth. i need some ideas of what to put in it ex. fake birth certificate, drivers license, magazine, newspaper. i will be burning the edged to make it look old and stuff . k thanks . ( sorry if its a bit confusing i am just scrambling with not much time )|||Sounds like a great project.





What about including some of humanity's cultural treasures?
