Problem with the new google earth. The license agreement pop-up...?

when starting up the new google earth (the one where you can see the sea bed), i get a box popped up with a name- "google end user liscense agreement". it pops up and then says page can not be displayed. it doesn't have a "X" at the top right and when i crtl, alt, delete, it doesn't show up on the task manager. i have a vista laptop so has anyone had this problem and possible knows how to fix this. the only way i can get rid of it is when i turn my laptop off and it wont show up again until i click to go onto google earth again.. help!!|||Uninstall it from the control panel and then download and install it again.
