The salary is pretty much competitive.
Getting a CPA license shouldn't be so difficult if you prepare your heart for it. Preparation should start by the time you enroll as freshman in college. Many exam questions need you to draw from stock knowledge. And do all your homework. The more practice (solving problems) the better for you to internalize the principles.
And the MBA. It should come later when you have some work experience already. Professional value is enhanced by experience. MBA will enrich what you already have.
Hope this helps.|||An MBA is a master's degree in the field of Business Administration (that's the "BA" part of "MBA"). If you major in accounting, you'll probably get an MS in Accounting. They're two different degrees. You could work on either or possibly both, if you're ambitious enough to go for a dual master's.
Becoming a CPA is not the same thing as getting your master's degree. To become a CPA, you need to pass the CPA exam. A master's degree is not required to take the exam.
