Can someone explain how the NFL could possibly claim to be experiencing the effects of the economy?
NFL attendence (except maybe the Lions) is always increasing; new stadium licenses or seat licenses are outrageously priced; ticket prices always go up; TV revenues always go up; licenses for products is outrageous, yet demand seems to increase. So, how on earth can they be laying off people and claim to be feeling this economic downturn?|||Your premise that all of their revenue sources are increasing is incorrect.
